Fees (Land Office) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Land Office) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Fees

2. The fees specified in the Schedule shall be payable in the Land Office.

Revocation

3. The Fees (Land Office) Order (G.N. No. S 175/2000) is revoked.

Made this 29th day of March 2001.
