(Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption)
(Amendment No. 4) Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 400/2006) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 96, the following items:

“97. Dover Micro Mart

98. Vale Store

99. SIA Engineering Company Limited

100. Digital Identification Solutions Pte. Ltd.

101. Liannex Corporation (S) Pte. Ltd.

102. Eng Kong Holdings Pte. Ltd.”.
