Regulation of Imports and Exports
(Amendment) Regulations 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Trade Development Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 1999.

Amendment of regulation 6

2. Regulation 6(1) of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (a).

Amendment of Second Schedule

3. Part A of the Second Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations is deleted.
