Customs (Permits to Remove Goods)
(Amendment) Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(2) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Customs (Permits to Remove Goods) (Amendment) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 April 2019.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Customs (Permits to Remove Goods) Order (O 8) is amended by deleting the word “petroleum” in sub‑paragraph (d) and substituting the words “motor fuel”.
