Infectious Diseases
(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 27 March 2020.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 104/2020) is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:

“(c)	any offence under regulation 3(2), 4(1) or (2), 5(2), 6(2) or (3) or 7(4) of the Infectious Diseases (Measures to Prevent Spread of COVID‑19) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 185/2020);
(d)	any offence under regulation 3(3) or 4(1) of the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 — Stay Orders) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 182/2020).”.
