Medicines (Cosmetic Products) (Labelling)
(Amendment) Regulations 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 44, 45 and 46 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Cosmetic Products) (Labelling) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.
Amendment of regulation 4
2.  Regulation 4 of the Medicines (Cosmetic Products) (Labelling) Regulations (Rg 11) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Director of Medical Services” in the last line of paragraph (2) and in the 1st line of paragraph (8) and substituting in each case the words “licensing authority”; and
(b)by deleting the word “Director” in the 4th line of paragraph (8) and substituting the words “licensing authority”.
