Medicines (Quality of Condoms)
(Specification and Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 54 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Quality of Condoms) (Specification and Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Medicines (Quality of Condoms) (Specification and Prohibition) Order (O 14) is amended by deleting item 5 and substituting the following item:

“

5. In Part VII (Miscellaneous and Supplementary Provisions) — all sections.

”.
