Singapore Armed Forces Act
(Chapter 295)
Singapore Armed Forces (Authorised Deductions) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 192 and 205 of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Armed Forces Council hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Armed Forces (Authorised Deductions) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 20th January 2009.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Singapore Armed Forces (Authorised Deductions) Regulations (Rg 20) is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (g) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:
“(h)the sum equivalent to the premium payable by the serviceman in respect of the Singapore Armed Forces Group Insurance Scheme.”.
