Sale of Food
(Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) of the Sale of Food Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Food (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 15th April 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Items 2 and 3 of the Schedule to the Sale of Food (Fees) Regulations (Rg 4) are deleted.
