(Commencement) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Merchant Shipping (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Merchant Shipping (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019.
2.  Sections 2, 3, 4 and 15 of the Merchant Shipping (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019 come into operation on 1 April 2019.
