(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Subordinate Courts (Amendment) Act 2014, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Subordinate Courts (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2014.

2. Sections 5, 6(a) and (b), 8(b), 9(d), 10(2) and (3) and 11(2)(b), (7)(b) and (c) and (8) of the Subordinate Courts (Amendment) Act 2014 shall come into operation on 14th April 2014.
