(Special and Senior Personnel Boards)
(Amendment) Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2011.

(2) Paragraph 2(c) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2011.

(3) Paragraph 2(a), (b), (d), (e) and (f) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2nd April 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Heng Swee Keat” in the third column of item 1;
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Ravi Menon” in the third column of item 2;
(c)	by deleting the name “Mr Niam Chiang Meng” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Mr Chan Heng Kee”;
(d)	by deleting the name “Mr Heng Swee Keat” in the third column of item 6 and substituting the name “Mr Lim Chuan Poh”;
(e)	by deleting the name of the member “Mr Lim Chuan Poh” in the third column of item 6; and
(f)	by inserting, immediately after the name “Ms Yeoh Chee Yan” in item 6, the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon”.
