Medicines (Prescription Only) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Prescription Only) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 1999.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Medicines (Prescription Only) Order (O 15) is amended by deleting the following items and their entries relating thereto in pages 633 and 634:
NICORETTE TRANSDERMAL PATCH 10 mg/16 hr
NICORETTE TRANSDERMAL PATCH 15 mg/16 hr
NICORETTE TRANSDERMAL PATCH 5 mg/16 hr
NICOTINELL TTS 10 TRANSDERMAL THERAPEUTIC SYSTEM 7 mg/24 hrs
NICOTINELL TTS 20 TRANSDERMAL THERAPEUTIC SYSTEM 14 mg/24 hrs
NICOTINELL TTS 30 TRANSDERMAL THERAPEUTIC SYSTEM 21 mg/24 hrs
