International Child Abduction
(Contracting States) (Amendment)
Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the International Child Abduction Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 April 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 211/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 62, the following item:
