Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Communications and Information Technology hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2001 and shall come into operation on 2nd April 2001.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules (R 38) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “EAST COAST PARKWAY” in the heading to Part I and substituting the words “EAST COAST PARKWAY 1”;
(b)by deleting item 2 relating to East Coast Parkway under the heading “SPECIFIED ROADS AND SPECIFIED ENTRY POINTS” in Part I;
(c)by inserting, immediately after Part I, the following Part:
