Undesirable Publications Act
(Chapter 338)
Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(5) of the Undesirable Publications Act, the Minister for Information and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:
1.  This Order may be cited as the Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 3rd May 1996.
2.  The Schedule to the Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) Order [O 1] is amended by deleting the following item against G.N. No. (N.S.) 455/59:
 
“Sing Pao Daily News (成报)
Hongkong”.
Made this 3rd day of May 1996.
