Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Statutory Bodies) (Amendment) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information and the Arts hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Statutory Bodies) (Amendment) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 4th April 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Statutory Bodies) Notification (N 6) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (H), the following item:

“(HA) Ministry of Law Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.”.
