(Hazardous Substances) (Amendment)
Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 April 2021.

Amendment of regulation 17

2. Regulation 17(4) of the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$115” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting “$160”; and
(b)	by deleting “$30” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting “$110”.
