Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 4th May 2002.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting “31%” in column (7) against HS Codes 8703.10 100, 8703.21 100, 8703.22 100, 8703.23 100, 8703.24 100, 8703.31 100, 8703.32 100, 8703.33 100, 8703.90 100, 8706.00 100 and 8707.10 000 and substituting in each case “20%”.
