Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 4) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 4) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 14th May 2007.
Exemption
2.  The Minister hereby exempts Lot 01983V TS18 at 3 Oxford Road from rule 3(3) of the Planning (Development) Rules (R 3) with regard to the application for written permission in relation to units #01-04 and #01-05 which was submitted by Mr Choo Kok Lin, Michael to the competent authority on 10th November 2006.
