Child Development Co-Savings Act
(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Child Development Co-Savings Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Child Development Co-Savings Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 April 2019.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Child Development Co‑Savings Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “DETERMINATION OF” in the Schedule heading; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph 4 of the Notes on Table in Part 1, the following paragraph:

“5. Any duration calculated under this Act as a multiple of the weekly index, if not a whole number of days, is to be rounded down to the nearest half day or whole day.”.
