Massage Establishments (Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Massage Establishments Act 2017, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Massage Establishments (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 1 April 2020.
Amendment of paragraph 6
2.  Paragraph 6(1) of the Massage Establishments (Exemption) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 97/2018) is amended by deleting the words “described as follows is exempt from the provisions of the Act” and substituting the words “is exempt from the provisions of the Act if all the following conditions are satisfied”.
