Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centre) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Intoxicating Substances Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centre) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 19th January 2007.
Approved centre
2.  The Minister hereby declares Selarang Park Drug Rehabilitation Centre, 1 Selarang Park Road, Singapore 508167 to be an approved centre for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of persons who use or inhale intoxicating substances for the purpose of inducing or causing a state of intoxication.

Made this 15th day of January 2007.
