Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2005

Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2005, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.
2.  The Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2005 shall, with the exception of section 14, come into operation on 3rd April 2006.
