Rules 2005

The President hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Pingat Jasa Gemilang (Tentera) — (The Meritorious Service Medal — Military) (Amendment) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 4th April 2005.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3(1) of the Pingat Jasa Gemilang (Tentera) — (The Meritorious Service Medal—Military) Rules 1981 (G.N. No. S 255/81) is amended by deleting the word “Chemerlang” and substituting the word “Cemerlang”.

Amendment of rule 9

3. Rule 9 of the Pingat Jasa Gemilang (Tentera) — (The Meritorious Service Medal — Military) Rules 1981 is amended by deleting paragraph (3).
