Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 14) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 14) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Customer Loyalty Program” promotion from 21st May 2009 to 31st May 2009 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 5th June 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 18th May 2009.
