Gas (Designated Gas Transporter) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “designated gas transporter” in section 61A of the Gas Act, the Energy Market Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Gas (Designated Gas Transporter) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 22nd April 2008.
Designated gas transporter
2.  The Authority hereby declares PowerGas Limited to be a designated gas transporter for the purposes of Part VII of the Act.

Made this 18th day of April 2008.
