(Chapter 70)
Customs (Liquors Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143 of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Liquors Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st June 1999.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Customs (Liquors Licensing) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting "$12" in item (5) and substituting "$14".
