Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 9) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 9) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Lions Club of Singapore South from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Donation Draw” promotion from 5th May 2008 to 20th December 2008 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 31st December 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Lions Club of Singapore South with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 23rd April 2008.
