| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Patents (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2001. |
| Composition of offences |
| 2. The offences under sections 9, 10, 33, 34, 100, 101, 102 and 104 of the Act may be compounded by the Registrar, or any person authorised by him, in accordance with section 103A of the Act. |
