Property Tax
(Exemption of Land under Development)
(Amendment) Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(8) of the Property Tax Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Property Tax (Exemption of Land under Development) (Amendment) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 21 April 2015.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4 of the Property Tax (Exemption of Land under Development) Order (O 5) is amended by inserting, immediately after sub‑paragraph (2), the following sub‑paragraph:

“(2A) Despite sub‑paragraph (2), no application may be made after 31 March 2017.”.
