Registered Designs Act 2000
(Act 25 of 2000)
Registered Designs (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67A(2) of the Registered Designs Act, the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Registered Designs (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2001.
Composition of offences
2.  The offences under sections 29, 59, 60, 65 and 66 of the Act may be compounded by the Registrar, or any person authorised by him, in accordance with section 67A of the Act.
