Telecommunications (Designated Telecommunication Licensees — Facilities-based Operator) (Amendment) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32A(3) of the Telecommunications Act, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Designated Telecommunication Licensees — Facilities-based Operator) (Amendment) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 21st January 2011.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Telecommunications (Designated Telecommunication Licensees — Facilities-based Operator) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 86/2005) is amended by deleting the words “and subsection 10.2 of the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005 (G.N. No. S 87/2005)”.
