Betting and Sweepstake Duties
(Amendment) Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Betting and Sweepstake Duties Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Betting and Sweepstake Duties (Amendment) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 7 January 2019.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  Item 2 of the Second Schedule to the Betting and Sweepstake Duties Order (O 1) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
“2.  Singapore Pools (Private) Limited.”.
