(Amendment) Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Children Development Co-Savings Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Children Development Co-Savings (Application of Employment Act Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2011.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. The Children Development Co-Savings (Application of Employment Act Provisions) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting the word “Children” in paragraph 1 and in the definition of “principal Act” in paragraph 2 and substituting in each case the word “Child”.
