Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Amendment)
Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 1998.
Amendment of Order
2.  The Income Tax (Approved Banks) Order 1997 (G.N. No. S 28/97) is amended by deleting the words “Creditanstalt—Bankverein” in paragraph 2(b) and substituting the word “CreditanstaltAG”.
Made this 3rd day of April 1998.
