Temporary Private Hire Cars Trial — Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Drive Lah Pte Ltd Temporary Private Hire Cars Trial — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 1 April 2020.

Amendment of paragraph 1

2. Paragraph 1(2) of the Road Traffic (Drive Lah Pte Ltd Temporary Private Hire Cars Trial — Exemption) Order 2019 (G.N. No. S 660/2019) is amended by deleting the words “6 months” and substituting the words “one year”.
