| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (No.2) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 2nd April 1998. |
| Declaration of precincts for upgrading works |
| 2. The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in the precincts. |
