Customs (Liquors Licensing) (Amendment)
Regulations 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143 of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Liquors Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 15th April 1998.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Customs (Liquor Licensing) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting “$10” in item 5 and substituting “$12”.
