Poisons Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Poisons Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Poisons Act is amended by deleting the following item:

“Diamines, the following; their salts: phenylene diamines; tolylene diamines; other derivatives of benzene diamines”.
