Road Traffic (Malaysia and Singapore Vintage Car Register Friendship Drive) (Exemption) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Malaysia and Singapore Vintage Car Register Friendship Drive) (Exemption) Order 2006.

Exemption

2. Mr Robert Rosenberger shall be exempted from section 12(1) and (2) of the Act from 30th April 2006 to 6th May 2006 (both dates inclusive) in respect of his keeping or using the vehicle bearing the registration number “WFD 356” on any road in Singapore.
