Prisons (Cessation of Prison) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(c) of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Prisons (Cessation of Prison) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2004.
Cessation of prison
2.  The Minister hereby declares that the Seletar Work Release Camp, 316 Old Birdcage Walk, Singapore 798482, shall cease to be a prison for the purposes of the Act.
Amendment of Declaration of Prisons (Consolidation) Notification
3.  Item (10) in the Schedule to the Declaration of Prisons (Consolidation) Notification (N 3) is deleted.
