Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 5 April 2020 at 12 noon.

2. The foreign employee dormitory known as PPT Lodge 1B at 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797601, is declared to be an isolation area for the purpose of preventing the spread of the infectious disease COVID-19.
