Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 13th January 2001.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after paragraph (c), the following paragraph:
“(d)of petroleum and petrochemical products shall be the jetties at Jurong Island;”; and
(b)by re-lettering the existing paragraphs (d) and (e) as paragraphs (e) and (f), respectively.
