Registered Designs (Excluded Day) Rules 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 64 and 74 of the Registered Designs Act, the Minister for Law, after consulting with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Registered Designs (Excluded Day) Rules 2004.

Excluded day

2. In addition to the excluded days set out in rule 60 of the Registered Designs Rules (R 1), 24th January 2004 shall be an excluded day for the purposes of the transaction of any business under the Act the time for the transaction of which expires on that date.
