| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing Systems Charges) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 28th May 2002. |
| Temporary reduction of charges |
| 2. For the period 28th May 2002 to 21st June 2002 (both dates inclusive), the road user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules (Cap. 276, R 38) in respect of any vehicle ridden, driven or moved past any specified entry point set out in the First to the Fifth Schedules shall be reduced wholly or in part as specified in the second column thereof. |
