Children and Young Persons Act
(Chapter 38)
Place of Safety
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development and Sports has appointed the Good Shepherd Centre, Block 250, Yishun Avenue 9, #01-213, Singapore 760250, to be a place of safety for the purposes of the Act, with effect from 4th April 2001.
2.  Notification No. 1000 published in the Gazette of 16th April 2001 is cancelled.
