(Protected Areas) (No. 3)
Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1) and 13(1) of the Infrastructure Protection Act 2017, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Areas) (No. 3) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 8 April 2021.
Premises declared to be protected areas
2.  The premises described in the second column of the Schedule are declared to be protected areas for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the corresponding protected area.
Revocations
3.—(1)  Item (11) of the Schedule to the Protected Areas (Consolidation) Order (O 15) is deleted.
(2)  The Protected Areas (No. 2) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 114/2003) is revoked.
(3)  The Protected Areas (No. 3) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 115/2003) is revoked.
