Trade Unions (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Trade Unions (Amendment) Act 2004, Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister of State, Ministry of Education, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Trade Unions (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.  The Trade Unions (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 5th May 2004.
