Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 4)
Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 31 May 2017.

Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule

2. Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item (52) in the second column of item 1, the following items:

“(53) SASCO@Jurong West

(54) SASCO Day Activity Centre (Telok Blangah Rise)

(55) SASCO Hong Kah North Day Care Centre

(56) ComSA Whampoa Centre”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (3) in the second column of item 3, the following item:

“(4) THK Senior Care Centre @ Kaki Bukit (Bedok North)”.
